Terms and Conditions of Shipping Live Animals

All Axolotls have a live on arrival guarantee.

DOA ( Dead On Arrival ) is not a common occurance with us. All live Animals are shipped USPS EXPRESS shipping which is calculated based on zipcode. Axolotl Eggs can be shipped via USPS Priority at my discretion. In the case of a DOA you must send picture and video proof of the animal within 1 hour of arrival. Following this, you will have a few options moving forward. 

The first option is to send you a replacement animal, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer at the next available shipping date.

The second option in the case of a DOA animal is a refund for the price of the animal, not including shipping cost. Refunds may take 3 - 5 Business days.

All of our Axolotls / Eggs are shipped with the same quality. Boxes are lined with insulation and ice packs are added to keep them cool. Each Axolotl is double bagged individually. Juvenile Axolotls must be fasted for 3 days before shipment, and Adult Axolotls for 5 days. This ensures they do not foul the water during shipment.

If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.
